byte stats anomaly - 50MB reports for 18MB FTP transfer

    Using cflowd 2.1.a9 with cfdcollect and artsnetagg/artsnets reports 50MB per
    my 18.5MB
    transferred from ftp.kernel.org to my personal /30 --

    It reports 49.5MB as 33000 packets which sounds like 33000x1500bytes --
    (padding?)

    Has anyone seen and eliminated this discrepancy?
