Cisco configuration problem

    I'm interested about installing cflowd but I'm having problems with the
    cisco configuration, I did:

    conf t
    int eth 1/0
    ip route-cache flow
    exit

    but I cant do a show ip route flow

    I have a C3640 with IOS12.0(5)

    Any help would be appreciated
