No output from arts++ utility

    Hi,

    I run flowdump xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.flows.x, it shows me the results. But when I
    tried to use artsases xxxx.xxx.xxx.flows.x it did not output anything.
    What do you thing is the most likely causes?
