[Cflowd] error messages flow logger

I'm getting these messages in syslog:

[E] unable to create raw flow logger for [IP address deleted]
{CflowdCisco.cc:757}

[E] stat("/usr/local/arts/data/cflowd/flows",0xffbefa80) failed: No such
file or directory {CflowdRawFlowLogger.cc:157}

Here's the info on the binaries:

-rwsrwxrwx 1 root other 536120 Oct 24 2000 cflowd
-rwsrwxrwx 1 root other 520596 Oct 24 2000 cflowdmux

and the permissions seem to be all right on the directory in question.

Any ideas about what might be wrong?

I'm running Solaris 2.7.
