[Cflowd] Semaphore problems (cflowdmux)

    Hi,
            I've been trying to install cflow (+FlowScan) and I get this message everytime I try to launch 'cflowdmux':

            The 'No space left on device' is quite weird as there is allot of free space on most file systems:
    # df -k

            I'm using a 'almost default' cflowd.conf (only changed the CISCOEXPORTER part).
