Yes, you have a few options.

  use flow-fanout to send a copy of the exports to flow-capture and cflowd.

  use flow-send to send flows collected with flow-capture back to cflowd.

  use flow-import to import the raw cflowd flows into flow-tools. You'll
  lose sub second timestamps with this method.
