The situation is the same with IOS 12.2(13) on Cisco 2610.
Is there any comments on this? What's Cisco made with flow export?

Flow export config is the following:

ip flow-export source Serial0/0:0
ip flow-export version 5 peer-as
ip flow-export destination 10.1.1.10 2055
