[Cflowd] artsprotos doesn't work

Hi all!
I could collect data from my routers with cflowd, but I can't read them as
I would like. When I open an "arts.YYYYMMDD" file with artsdump, I can see
all information I want , but I would like to open the file with artsprotos.
When I run "artsprotos" command to open arts files, nothings happens.
Could you please help me ?
