You should be able to use Redhat 8.0 or 9.0. The issue is that you need
to use gcc 2.95 or 2.96. Here is a link that will help running 2

I think on Linux 8.0 will not work since it has gcc 3.0 and u need gcc
2.95 or 2.96 for cflowd to compile but I am not 100% sure.
