Prefix taxonomy


Prefix types:
standalone -- no subsets/supersets in the table
root -- a least specific route, has subsets in the table
more specific -- a subset of some other prefix

In addition: top prefixes = standalone  + roots

Caveats: 
depends on the prefix set
not an inherent property of a prefix
