Bullet 1 : If we add a new POP or a new link to the network, can we predict where in the network we need
to allocate additional bandwidth?
Bullet 2 : Is the ISP carrying unwanted transit traffic? Are peers being consistent with BGP announcements? Etc.
Bullet 3 : Verify load-balancing, design adaptive policies.
Bullet 4 : Provides input on how much traffic is exchanged between peers, how this varies, what sort of
