• How important are neutral NAP facilities for the continued growth and operation of the Net?
• Can/should NAPs play a service role in assisting ISPs with measurements relating to peering and settlements?
• What forms of measurement are acceptable at NAPs?
• What statistics should/should not be made publicly available?
• Should NAPs play a role in web caching - if yes, should this be as a service (with fees associated with management and any transit costs) or simply as a facilitator of cooperative caching (a la the MAE-West model)?
• What forms of 'accounting' relating to caching services would be most acceptable to ISPs?
