PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• The Principal Investigator in five projects funded by NASA Exobiology and NSF Planetary Astronomy programs and one cooperative agreement with NASA Ames Center(1993-2000).
• Observed nine comets on various telescopes including Keck and IRTF.
• Worked as a team member on instruments design for two spacecraft missions.
• Authored and co-authored more than 30 publications in leading scientific journals (Astrophysical Journal, Nature, Science and others) and chapters in books.
• Served as a reviewer for various scientific journals and as a panel reviewer for four NASA programms.
