12:10-12:40pm -- Defining Breakout Groups: Topics & Scheduling for Day 1. Each group should have a note-taker and a facilitator. Groups should be 5-10people (tops). Each group will generate an agenda of problems, solutions, opportunities, contacts/leads, and next steps. Each topic may be revisited by multiple groups.
