Max is a PhD student at UCSD’s CSE department. During his MS, he joined CAIDA in 2022 to work on deriving insights from UCSDNT’s traffic, advised by Ricky Mok and KC Claffy.

His interests lie generally in internet measurement, network telemetry and security.
